Medication refills
To ensure medications are monitored in a safe manner, Dr. Brown provides medication refills at appointments only. It is the patient’s responsibility to schedule an appointment before refills are needed.
No show/cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time to avoid a missed appointment fee. If you no show an appointment or cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a missed appointment fee of $150 will be charged to your credit card on file. A late arrival to an appointment (15 minutes or more) may be considered a missed appointment with a $150 fee and advisement to reschedule appointment.
Crisis/emergency policy
Dr. Brown is not available in an emergency situation or outside business hours. If you are experiencing a crisis (such as thoughts of harming yourself or another person), or have an urgent question or concern that cannot wait, please call 911, 988, or the crisis line, or proceed to your nearest hospital.
